The 2026 San Diego County Fair runs June 10 through July 5 at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, and its concert programming is among the most varied of any regional summer event in Southern California. The fair operates two distinct concert series running simultaneously across its 26 days — one included with fair admission, one with separately purchased tickets. Both are worth knowing.

Toyota Summer Concert Series — Corona Grandstand Stage

The Toyota Summer Concert Series is the fair's flagship concert program, held at the Corona Grandstand Stage — the fairgrounds' largest venue. For Del Mar Village residents, the evening commute back from the fairgrounds is straightforward — the fair is minutes from the village's residential core, and the COASTER at Solana Beach offers a car-free option for those who prefer it on busy nights. July 4th weekend in particular draws larger-than-usual crowds; residents with experience navigating fair season typically plan around the first and last weekends if they prefer the quieter experience.
