Utilizing my creative marketing, targeted YouTube ads and leveraging my network, I was able to find the perfect buyer and get my sellers $100k over asking price in a short amount of time. A sale price of $5.6M, by the way, when all other agents were telling them that they wouldn’t get over $5M for the home.
In Encinitas and Carlsbad, I recently helped a few of my sellers relocate out of state to get closer to their kids and grandchildren.
