In Rancho Santa Fe, I took on a listing that had struggled to sell with 2 other big name agents and 2 years on the market with ZERO offers. Utilizing my creative marketing, targeted YouTube ads and leveraging my network, I was able to find the perfect buyer and get my sellers $100k over asking price in a short amount of time. A sale price of $5.6M, by the way, when all other agents were telling them that they wouldn’t get over $5M for the home.

In Encinitas and Carlsbad, I recently helped a few of my sellers relocate out of state to get closer to their kids and grandchildren. Finding them a buyer who was flexible enough to allow them to rent-back their home while they finalized their relocation plans was key, and with the right negotiation skills, I was able to make that happen. Through my network, I was also able to connect them with an agent in the area where they were buying , making their move out of state a seamless transition.

In Del Mar, I helped a homeowner downsize from their 4500 sqft home to a condominium as their kids had gone off to college and they were looking to simplify their lives with a lower maintenance property.
